The PM500 dough sheeter has been built for long life with limited maintenance, simple to use and easy to use.
It is suitable for both pastry and catering.
It can work different types of pasta up to very thin thicknesses.
The structure of the dough roller is in painted steel. The infeed and outfeed conveyor belts have different alternating speeds, operated by Joystick for the choice of movement.
Equipped with safety guards in stainless steel for stopping.
Complete with: under shelves, flour tray, flour tray and two pasta collectors at the end of the floors.
