Heavy duty professional double tank fryer, freestanding and made of a robust structure, this is an essential piece of kit for any commercial kitchen.

Featuring a 18kW heating element in each 28 litre tank, this fryer has a total capacity of 56 litres and total power of 36000W.

A bottom cold zone prevents the scorching of food debris and the heating elements are equipped with a lifting mechanism to make cleaning easy after the oil has been drained through the drainage tap.

Included with this product are stainless steel covers with bakelite handles (cool to the touch for your safety); nickel coated baskets as well as a wire mesh net to collect fried crumbs and protect the heating elements.
