The UC2002036D is a 900mm undermount extraction canopy that removes airborne grease, steam and cooking vapours from commercial cooking lines. It delivers 560 CFM airflow through twin centrifugal motors operating across three speeds. Kitchen staff control extraction via front-mounted touchscreen or remote during service.

Commercial Application

Extraction canopies reduce heat load and improve air quality above ranges, griddles, fryers and ovens. The 900mm width covers two-burner ranges or single 800mm griddles. Staff adjust fan speed based on cooking intensity.
